I purchased a flat at Sauni Rahim Palace in 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the challenging circumstances, the company continued the construction work steadily and efficiently. I often visited the project on holidays and would think to myself, even in such a difficult situation for the country, this company is continuing its work without interruption.
Their planning is excellent. The architect carefully designed and arranged the spaces to ensure proper functionality and comfort. The quality of construction is also very good. They never compromised on any structural aspects of the building. Aesthetically, the building is beautiful, and everything has been executed according to the original design.
